• Please make sure that all coins are in a 2x2 or 2.5x2.5 non-PVC flip. You can tell if a flip is PVC by squeezing it in the palm of your hand. If it folds without resistance it is PVC, if it pokes into your hand and gives resistance to crushing it is non-PVC. Any coins sent to us not in that format will have additional charges added to the total. All coins that are received in PVC flips, screwdowns, mint capsules, slabbed, taped or stapled, (whether in cardboard, or in plastic flips) will be assessed a $1.00 handling fee each.
• Any coin that requires special research or attribution, (i.e. Breen Number, VAM, or FSB) will be assessed an additional $4.00 charge each.
• Please package all coins in a sturdy box and send Registered and Insured mail to the address below.
• Please ensure that coins are properly packed with adequate protection during shipping.
• All orders must be accompanied by a submittal form.
• Any card sent in screw-down or slab holders (except top loading) will be assessed $1.00 per card. Ship all cards in top loader sleeves.

• Please make sure that all sportscards are protected from accidental bending or shipping damage. Proper protection of your collection in shipment is YOUR responsibility.
• Please package all cards in a sturdy box and send Registered and Insured mail to the address below.
• All orders must be accompanied by a submittal form.
